Meet The Founder

Welcome! I’m Sonia Jenkins, founder of Renuyu Coaching & Solutions. My work in leadership and learning development is rooted in a simple belief: people want to grow, contribute, and lead well -- but they need environments and systems that actually support how growth happens. Over the course of my career, I've seen how leadership shapes people's experience of work. It influences whether they feel connected or depleted, clear or overwhelmed, empowered or stuck. Too often, development efforts focus on isolated skills or one-time programs, without addressing the broader system leaders and HR professionals are operating within. That's why my work focuses on designing leadership and HR capability as an integrated system -- one that brings together insight, reflection, data, and self-leadership so growth is intentional, sustainable, and aligned with real organizational demands. This space reflects how I think, how I design, and how I approach leadership and organizational development. It represents an evolving body of work shaped by practice, experience, and a deep respect for the human side of leadership.
